Teachers' Corner -- Classroom Activities Related to LIGO Science

The links in the table below will take you to classroom lessons that cover a variety of LIGO-related science content areas. The grade range for each activity can be determined from the table. An asterisk (*) means that there is one version of the activity that is suitable for both middle and high school students. The science themes of these lessons parallel LIGO's hands-on field trip activities . Explore the specific parallels on a comparison of our classroom and field trip activities. All of these materials have been developed by teachers on internships here at LIGO.
