Environment variable defining the target operating system. This flag is set at compile time via the Makefile as -D${GDS_OS_TYPE}. Recognized values are:

OS_VXWORKS used to indicate compilation for VxWorks

These flags are mutually exculsive and one must be set. Furthermore this flag must match GDS_PROCESSOR.
