This group defines the available phase-in and phase-out functions for the arbitrary function generator. The phase-in function ramps the signal up in amplitude from zero to its nominal value, whereas the phase-out function ramps the signal from its nominal value to its new value. The sweep-out function works in parallel with the phase-out function; it sweeps the frequency from the nominal value to its new value.
