Noise waveform signal. Depending on the wave type it returns unifromly or nomally distributed random numbers.

Returns:
noise signal value
Parameters:
wtype - type of waveform
A - amplitude
ofs - offset
f1 - lower frequency
f2 - upper frequency
rbp - random number paramters
