Periodic waveform signal. Depending on the wave type it returns a sine wave, a square wave, a ramp signal, a triangular signal or a constant level. The phase has to be greater or equal than 0 and lower than 2 \pi.

Returns:
periodic signal value
Parameters:
wtype - type of waveform
A - amplitude
ofs - offset
phi - phase
