Download an arbitrary waveform to an arbitrary waveform generator slot. This function will not automatically switch on the output. This requires that a component with awgArb is also added to the slot. The specified frequency will be interpreted as the sampling frequency.

Returns:
0 if successful, <0 if not
Parameters:
slot - slot number
y - data points
len - length of data array
