Obtains run-time statistics of an arbitrary waveform generator. Use the macro AWG_ID to obtain the id for a specific AWG of an interferometer.

Returns:
0 if successful, <0 if not
Parameters:
id - identification of an arbitrary waveform generator
stat - statistics result
