Spend an afternoon at LIGO making astronomy devices and exploring the basics of stargazing

  • Location: LIGO Hanford Observatory
  • Admission is Free!
Make sundials, spectroscopes, star finders, compasses, astrolabes and pinhole protractors. Do experiments with prisms, light filters and light sensors. Make models of the solar system and the expanding universe. All ages are welcome.
