Oct 20, 2007, we would like
to hold the second annual meeting between neutron star
experts, and the LIGO Scientific Collaboration, engaged in searches for
gravitational waves from spinning compact objects. The meeting will be
held
at the Albert Einstein Institute (AEI) in Hannover, Germany. This
